Secure Environment:
Your home is the best place
for your child to be cared for! With your busy work and social schedules, you won't have to worry about the
environment because your children are AT HOME, THE MOST COMFORTABLE PLACE!
Consistency:
If you prefer a specific care provider, we will strive to meet your request,
but advance notice is best. We encourage familiarity with at least three of our care providers since we can't always
guarantee the same provider each time.
Our Caregivers:
Our personnel, include teachers, College Students, and CNA's. Many
have experience as nannies or in daycare settings. We require that prospective care providers be background checked,
fingerprinted, and furnish multiple references. They must also be fluent in English. We are careful to provide
caregivers whom will preserve the loving and comfortable environment you demand in your home. Most of our caregivers
hold a current CPR certificate.
Plenty of attention from staff:
We strive to meet the specific needs of each client family. To help with this
goal, we provide an EMERGENCY RELEASE FORM and FAMILY INFORMATION SHEET that you may complete and leave out when a caregiver
comes to your home. YOU ARE FIRST WITH US. Since each family is different, we are anxious to learn ahead of time
how we can best meet your needs.
Our Primary Concern:
No one
can take the place of a loving family member, and we fully respect that. However, you have our commitment that we will
strive to care for your children as you would. If your child needs medication, we ask that you pre-measure
dosage and complete a consent form giving our care provider permission to administer medication. We ask that you not
request your children to be supervised in or near any swimming pools. We prefer that your children refrain from skateboarding,
roller skating and bike riding while in our care. Further, to ensure safety, we ask that neighborhood children, friends
and relatives not visit during our appointments in you home, unless that has been pre-arranged and approved. Our care
provider is responsible for everyone under 18 years of age who is present.
Our Responsibilities:
Our care providers are not housekeepers. They are responsible for your children. However, they will make
every effort to keep your home in the condition they found it. They will, of course, clean up after meals prepared or
eaten during the appointments and will provide order for other activities. Please advise us if your child requires transportation
during our care.
Important
Notes:
More details are available dealing with
what we ask of you, payment procedures, transportation issues, scheduling, visitors and more. It's important
that we discuss these and any other questions you may have. We want you to be fully and clearly informed. Please
don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions.
